Non-sculpture
제5회를 맞이한 2020 창원조각비엔날레 ‘비조각 : 가볍거나 유연하거나’의 아이덴티티, 포스터, 배너, 리플렛, 가이드북 등을 디자인을 진행했습니다. 물리적 형태에 국한된 조각의 전통적인 틀을 부정하고 새로운 예술적 담론을 제시하는 전시의 주제를 반영하여, 2차원의 정형적인 그리드에서 벗어나 역동적으로 움직이는 타이포그래피의 ‘몸짓’으로 시각화했습니다. 이를 통해 전시가 지향하는 가볍고 유연한 사유의 확장을 시각 매체 전반에 일관되게 구현했습니다.
We directed the identity and integrated design for the 5th Changwon Sculpture Biennale, titled "Non-Sculpture: Light or Flexible," encompassing posters, banners, leaflets, and guidebooks. Reflecting the exhibition's theme of challenging the traditional framework of physical sculpture and proposing new artistic discourse, we visualized the concept through the dynamic "gestures" of typography breaking free from the conventional 2D grid. Through this, we consistently implemented the expansion of light and flexible thought, which the exhibition pursued, across all visual media.
